How do I choose?

Essential oils can be a beautiful sensory calming or invigorating experience for some.
While others are really not fussed about the matter.
So I ask the question. Are you a person who really appreciates fragrance and feels reassured or stimulated by smells?
If not really, you have full permission to move on to another strategy that appeals and resonates.
If you love smells, go to a place, often health-food shops do stock oils, where you can smell and assess which ones you love. Like all sensory experiences, it is personal.
During massage I don't use fragrance for pregnancy as smell can be heightened and unpredictable.
I do however have access to the above oils and their general medicinal effects. Like all natural thing small consistent action is best.

Oils can be used in various ways.
Most common for household use, is in a diffuser, bath, or topical with a carrier oil.
My first carrier oils were liquid coconut, grape-seed, or sweet almond oil.
When a woman is pregnant sensors can be alert, so 1/2 recommended strength is the way to go.
I first started using oils with my family. I used an app called Modern Essentials. It was so good. I could learn about oils for ailments, or oils which smelt amazing to me and use them for general wellbeing, trusting the intuition I had been given through my senses.
I chose three oils that I thought I would use, and used them to train a habit and then grew from there.
Enjoy the exploring if it resonates to do so!!
